Here he is, the Gotham’s Prince sitting on poor looking journalist’s lap facing him, twirling their hair and trying to take away their glasses, all while a journalist just thought they found a chance to get a quote for the newspaper but noooo now they are getting rizzed up with bimbo Brucie on their lap who refuses to give something smart/good enough , only talking about “Ooohhh babyyyy! If only you could hear yourself from the side you’d know how much of a pain it causes me, but also you definitely should’ve come to my last charity event thingy where I got much more worse drunk than this time and- oh, you know! The last time I had charity Lexie got sooo so mad at me for saying his purple tax reminded me of this problematic Clown in town, he got so pissy that he straight up dared me and so I kinda dared him and Lexie got soooo mad he literally took off all that clothes and- oh my god!!! You would never believe me but this bitch literally got a fucking back trampstamp and it made me laugh so much because- hey do you know that I got that thingy too, right? And, anyways, it was so fucking funny that I couldn’t stop laughing so much, and this Rapunzel of a man pfft decided to laugh at me too and we fell into my pool-“

Rottmnt! Leo and TMNT 2012! Leo meeting in my head would only go one way:

Rottmnt! Leo, who grew up without the weight of being the leader or the pressure of being the "perfect" role model, finds himself in a new position as leader. While he’s naturally good at it, he’s not as practiced as TMNT 2012! Leo, who has spent his whole life carrying that responsibility. His brothers admire TMNT 2012! Leo's seriousness, his leadership skills, and the way he’s always in control. Rottmnt! Leo can’t help but feel that that Leo is everything he should’ve been—a better leader, the one who could keep everyone safe and make the right choices, and maybe even the one Splinter would have preferred, since everyone says TMNT 2012! Leo was always Splinter’s ”favorite.”

Meanwhile, TMNT 2012! Leo looks at Rottmnt! Leo, and he sees this version of himself who didn’t have to bear the burden of being the responsible one, the weight of constantly having to be perfect. He sees how his brothers love and admire Rottmnt! Leo’s carefree attitude, his ability to goof off and be himself, and wonders if they’d prefer that side of him too. He wishes he could have been like that—just a brother who’s fun to be around, someone who is loved for who he is, not just seen for what he does.

At the core, though, they’re both Leonardo. They both feel that their worth is tied to how useful they are, how perfect they can be for their family. They both believe that in order to be good brothers and leaders, they need to be flawless. And in each other, they see what they think they need to be more like: Rottmnt! Leo sees the disciplined, capable leader he believes he should become, while TMNT 2012! Leo sees the fun-loving, carefree brother he could have been if he didn’t have to be the "other parent.”

And this all leads to feelings of envy, jealousy, and, of course, friction between the two. They both struggle with the idea that the other version of themselves has something they wish they had—and it makes them question if they’re ever truly good enough as they are.

Hey, I don’t usually post, but can someone please help me find a linked universe fanfic? From what I remember, Wild became corrupted (somehow) and attacked the rest of the chain. I remember that Twilight had to carry Wild on his back in wolf form to the Hateno Research Station and then Flora tried to heal Wild but his body rejected it and Time played the song of time for three days straight to stop him from dying - anyway, everything but the title of the fic. What would it be like if Rudy was the one to cheat on Louise in It’s My Party?

Rudy’s flaw in IMP is that he’s passive in his own life, letting other people make decisions and take care of him even when he disagrees with it. He’s anxious and overthinks things to the point where he never acts. Because of those flaws, it’s not likely that he would try to fulfill his own needs elsewhere, plus he’s got a strict moral code that makes infidelity a hard no in his mind.

If it all lined up so that he would act though, it would have to be with someone who makes him feel like the hero, someone that sees he’s still pursuing his master’s in engineering despite the challenges. It would need to be someone that he could talk to about his interests and the other person doesn’t dismiss or placate him. Rudy going to class at university could afford him the chance to meet a person like that.

It honestly might not change the story that much. Louise is an unreliable narrator and focused inward to the point where she’s missing details about what’s going on in Rudy’s head. However, I think Rudy would come clean much faster out of guilt, so it would end the story quicker, Louise vindicated in her own choices. Him cheating on her would be a huge betrayal but also maybe a bit of a relief? Like “oh, I’m not a complete villain, this wasn’t working from either side.”

At the end of the day though, Rudy being forced into an infidelity situation would be exactly like this:
